This article discusses how to manage American oil, gas, and petrochemical industry and thus with it guide the American Economy, manufacturing, and military industry into a secure future for both investment security and ensuring American global economical and security supremacy. We all need to adopt rules first adopted by others. There is lots of wisdom and knowledge that lead to certain decisions in the history. America meeds to also decide. It includes lot of petrochemical facilities. In addition to management strategies, authorities, and national control mechanism either by National oil Corporation or Nationalizing hydrocarbons. I can not see any other way to make sure it is guided with 100 percent accuracy and efficiency unless one of two, nationalizing oil or starting National Oil Corporate, is materialized. I am open to other strategies to achieve the same goal if you know another way.
